By using Hantir you agree to these Terms. Hantir is a property marketplace — not a legal service, title registry, or party to any property transaction.
Key Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Hantir.
- Property sellers must have legal authority to sell or rent the property they list.
- ProDilaal™ verification confirms identity documents were reviewed — it does not constitute a government licence.
- Dilaal Check™ confirms a verified agent physically visited a property — it is not a professional inspection or title guarantee.
- Disputes between users are between those parties; Hantir is not a mediator.
